About this work
A leak rarely appears directly above the damp patch inside. Water travels along timbers and felt before it shows, so the first job is finding where it's actually getting in rather than guessing.
Once we've traced it, we fix the cause — slipped or cracked slates, failed flashing, blocked or split guttering, or damage left behind by a bad spell of weather.
Small repairs are usually a same-visit job. If we find something more serious underneath, we'll show you and explain the options before doing anything else.
